This place is a charming home base in a wonderful location, right next to a beautiful area and the village center.

I loved the place. The host, Marina, makes you feel at home. Nice to have an iron with ironing board, a coffee/tea maker and a work desk available. Guests can use kitchenette at any time. There's views of the village.

Good place in every aspect. Setting not far from Painswick, the centre and local attractions. Btw, located in pleasant surroundings.

We had a fantastic stay at The Upper Manse flat. The beautiful, airy, and clean flat in the center of Painswick was perfect for our group of 5 guests. The bedrooms were spacious and the flat had everything we needed, from a dishwasher to a washing machine. The host provided clear instructions and even had games for us to enjoy during our New Year's stay. The flat's location was ideal for exploring the Cotswolds and going on walks. we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This delightful flat at The Manse in Painswick was an absolute gem. It was tastefully renovated with thoughtful extras like flour and sugar, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was brilliant, and the flat itself was beautiful with period features and a well-equipped kitchen. The host was excellent with communication prior to our stay, and we appreciated the good selection of DVDs and books available. Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also reliable. we highly recommend this lovely place.

The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the beautiful Cotswolds. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.
